Manac creates integrated production systems and technical systems for "research and development (sample synthesis)" to "(small scale) commercial production (final products)." We are equipped with various reactors, distillation devices, and other equipment that enable us to widely accommodate for high-mix, low-volume production of scales ranging from 200 liters to 10,000 liters. The "batch automatic control system" is employed as the control system. We employ methods suited for the needs by making full use of the three patterns of singular control, composite control, and fully automatic control. Our production equipment are mainly glass-lined equipment that can accommodate strongly acidic substances, etc. A production system with a wide range is thus established. |
